Jeremy Morris

eremy’s formative years were raised on an orchard and farm in central California, his upbringing instilled a strong work ethic and a knack for hands-on work. His introduction to construction unfolded as he actively participated in building the family’s new home after a move, a pivotal moment marking his entry into the industry.

After college Jeremy kick-started his career by spearheading the construction of groundbreaking stadiums, pioneering innovative subterranean infrastructure, and overseeing a fleet of autonomous structure-building robots. Jeremy’s expertise in operations management led him to serve as the Director of Precast Operations at The Boring Company, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing operations and ensuring quality control. He later joined Icon, the largest concrete 3D printing company in the US, as the Director of Print Operations. During his tenure, Jeremy led operations and oversaw quality control teams.

Jeremy’s extensive background in operational efficiency and strategic leadership makes him a valuable asset in driving the success of Kind Designs.
