Bayfront Park

The first 3D-Printed Living Seawall installed at a public park, this project marks a major milestone in resilient coastal infrastructure. Miami Shores Village replaced a traditional flat concrete seawall with Kind Designs’ Living Seawalls to better protect its waterfront park, safeguard the surrounding community, and support the restoration of Biscayne Bay. The Village envisions the park as a vibrant community gathering space, where the Living Seawall will not only defend against erosion and sea level rise, but also foster marine habitat and improve local water quality for years to come.
