RAPID PRODUCTION

Revolutionizing the speed of coastal protection
Traditional seawall panel fabrication requires creating molds, pouring concrete, waiting for curing periods, and manual finishing processes that can take weeks to months per section. Our robotic 3D printing system eliminates these bottlenecks entirely. Each custom panel is produced in approximately 60-90 minutes, cutting delivery times in half. This rapid production capability means faster project completion, reduced labor costs, and the ability to respond quickly when coastal communities need protection most. For property owners facing urgent erosion issues or preparing for hurricane season, speed advantage can be critical.

HIGH RESOLUTION

Precision engineering for maximum ecological impact
The precision of our 3D printing technology allows us to create extraordinarily detailed surface features that would be impossible to achieve through conventional methods. Every crevice, overhang, and textured pocket is designed with specific marine species in mind 𑁋 small refuges for juvenile fish, attachment points for algae and invertebrates, and varied depths that create diverse microhabitats. This millimeter-level texture matters because marine organisms are highly selective about where they settle and grow. The more accurately we can replicate the complexity of natural habitats, the more successfully our infrastructure functions as living habitats. Our high-resolution printing transforms each product into a carefully engineered ecosystem support structure.

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS

High-performance, low-impact cement for durable marine infrastructure
Our proprietary, EPD-certified 3DP mix is specifically engineered for the dual demands of structural performance and ecological benefit. Made with an advanced Belite Calcium Sulfoaluminate (B-CSA) cement it’s engineered for exceptional strength, durability, and environmental performance. Unlike conventional or high-alumina cements, B-CSA cement maintains its strength over time and resists the chemical degradation common in coastal environments. It achieves structural strength within one hour of printing and is designed for low shrinkage and high stability in marine conditions. Its chemistry eliminates compounds that cause long-term weakening in traditional cements and provides complete resistance to sulfate attack, ensuring longevity even in saltwater exposure.
For our Living Seawalls™ our in-fill concrete is made with a self-consolidating ReadyMix Concrete.
